Hello there!

I aim to send out confirmed and paid orders within 3 working days
 

As soon as I've posted your new art I will confirm despatch by sending you an email

If you need your order urgently in time for a special occassion we can arrange special delivery:

• Contact Troy and we'll work out what's best for you

• I will be able to advise you about express delivery, etc
  ( there will be postage costs - I'll let you know the exact cost before we go ahead with your payment )

• All special postal costs will be mutually agreed before dispatch

• All despatches will be confirmed by sending you an email
  (or texting you - if that's what you've requested)
  

For UK deliveries Artwork, Jewellery, Tea Towels and Copper Sculptures will be sent by Royal Mail

At the moment Troy is despatching items exclusively to the UK

Fine Art prints  are sent in a strong cardboard posting box or a strong cardboard tube to keep your new art safe while it travels to you

Tea Towels  can be purchased from my Etsy Shop TroyHandmadeArtGifts - they are posted in strong cardboard reinforced envelopes to keep them safe while they travel to you

Greetings Cards can be purchased from my Etsy Shop TroyHandmadeArtGifts - they are posted in strong cardboard reinforced envelopes to keep them safe while they travel to you

Copper Creatures and Jewel Flowers  can be purchased from my Etsy Shop TroyHandmadeArtGifts - they are posted in strong cardboard reinforced envelopes to keep them safe while they travel to you

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund Policy:

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with any item/s you have purchased from this website, please return the item/s carefully repackaged and undamaged to Troy Ohlson at the return address listed on your Invoice/Packing List within 28 days and she will refund your payment within 5 working days of safe receipt of the returned item/s.

If the item was damaged in transit Troy will refund the postage costs. If you have changed your mind then you will pay for the return postage costs.

Refunds will be made to your original credit card account used at purchase or via PayPal only.
Your Statutory Rights (UK) are not affected

Product Services & Price Guide:
 
All my prints are hand signed by the artist. Limited Edition Prints are hand numbered by the artist

All etchings and collagraphs are hand printed by the artist
 
All Fine Art Giclée prints are lightfast and printed using archival lighfast pigmented inks on archival paper
 
Edition lengths vary from 1 to 100 per edition
 
The length of the edition for a particular giclée will be listed with the full details of each image (size, price, etc.)
 
Giclee prices range from £20 - £200
 
Giclee collages on handpainted canvas prices range from £30 - £300
 
Original Etching and Collagraph prices range from £30 - £200
 
Original Painting prices range from £100 - £1,000

Rest assured that I will NOT store any of your credit card details.

All payments are made using PayPal secure payment systems or Etsy secure payment systems.
The only details I need are the official details of your payment as listed in my PayPal account or Etsy account which, of course, comply with all UK financial details Privacy Policy Laws.
